This week’s guest is Shannon Joy, the executive producer and host of the Shannon Joy Show—broadcasting daily on WHAM 1180 and WKAL 1450AM in Upstate NY.
Shannon shares how she found great success in building her audience as a conservative talk radio host. Then the Trump phenomenon happened and she was forced to decide: jump on the bandwagon and ride the wave, or tell the truth as she understood it, jeopardizing everything she worked so hard to build.
Shannon offers insights on:
– building an audience
– remaining true to your brand
– the power of customer relationships
– selling a politically charged product
– why brand authenticity matters
